Cosmopia Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles personal information provided by customers in the Cosmopia e Station Series (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) in accordance with the following policy.
1) The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations, and makes every effort to protect customers’ personal information. The contents of this policy may be revised as needed based on changes in laws or regulations.
2) The Company uses the personal information obtained through the Service for the following purposes:

・To process various membership registrations required to use the Service

・To introduce our products, services, and campaigns
・To send maintenance information and important announcements regarding the Service
・To manage and operate test scoring and related activities
3) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company appropriately manages customers’ personal information. Apart from delivery services, credit card companies, and other contractors needed to provide the Service, the Company does not share or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without customer consent.
(1) In cases where the customer is enrolled through a corporate training program, we may provide personal information such as order details, course status, and grades to the human resources/training department of the customer’s employer (organization) via printed material, storage media, or electronic transmission.
(2) When customers order goods or services operated by partner companies affiliated with the Company, personal information entered on the order form may be provided to those partners via printed material or electronic transmission.
4）If requested to disclose personal information by courts, prosecutors, police, or other state institutions in accordance with the law, the Company may disclose such information to the necessary extent.

When a customer requests the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information, the Company will respond after verifying the customer’s identity through the prescribed procedures.

6) Revisions
